The 30 days, drawn
The field is the 600,000. Conversations go out in waves. The leads that book leave the field for the calendar and land on the day they booked.
Animated figure: a field of 600,000 dormant leads. Conversation pulses ripple through it; leads answer, and a fraction leave the field for a 30-day calendar, landing on the day they booked. 2,600 appointments; new revenue climbs to $1.2M.

The problem
600,000 leads sat in the CRM. Every follow-up had run. On paper the pipeline was dead, and the business had written it off.
What the stack saw
Dead
Five emails. No reply. No next step. Treated as spent.
What was true
Dormant
A lead who ignored five emails in 2023 may have changed job, budget or problem since.
Nothing in the stack could tell the two apart. So the biggest asset the company owned sat unused.
What we built
It ran on the client's own system, so there was no migration and no second source of truth. It opened the conversation, read each reply for real intent, and handed the live ones to a closer with the whole thread in front of them.

The result
Not one dollar of new traffic was bought to get there. It came out of a list the company had already paid for once.
