Who we are

Techify AI LLC runs this website. These terms cover your use of it. By using it, you agree to them.

Diagnostics and builds

The site describes how we work. It isn't an offer, and it doesn't create a contract. Every build is governed by its own signed scope of work, and by any agreement that scope refers to. The diagnostic is governed by the section below.

The delivery guarantee described on this site is a term of each build's scope of work, and it applies as written there.

Prices on the site can change. The price that applies is the one on your invoice or in your signed scope of work.

Where the site and a signed scope of work differ, the scope of work wins.

Paying for the diagnostic

  • Booking the diagnostic starts with a call to confirm it fits. You pick a time and confirm it with a $250 deposit, paid through Stripe.
  • The deposit is non-refundable once paid.
  • If you go ahead, the deposit is credited to the diagnostic's fee. The rest is paid before the two weeks start, and it's non-refundable once paid.
  • If you then go ahead with a build, the diagnostic's fee is credited to its first phase.

What's on the site

We work to keep the site accurate and current. Even so, it's provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Case studies and figures describe what happened for past clients. They aren't a promise of the same result for you. Figures marked “est.” are estimates.

Nothing on the site is legal, financial or technical advice for your business.

Who owns what

The site's words, design, code, images and video, and the Techify name and logo, belong to Techify AI LLC or to those who licensed them to us. Client names and logos belong to their owners.

You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with credit. Anything more, such as copying pages or reusing images, needs our written permission.

This covers the site's own content. What we build for you is set in your scope of work: on final payment, the code and the IP are yours.

Using the site

Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, reach parts of it that aren't public, or use it for anything unlawful.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Techify AI LLC isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Liability in an engagement is set in its scope of work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Disputes about them go to the courts there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
