01

Who we are

Techify AI LLC runs this website. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Techify AI LLC. It covers this website and the emails you send us.

Questions about your information go to cameron@techifyai.com.

02

When you visit

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives the technical details your browser sends with each request: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for and the time. Vercel uses them to deliver the site and to protect it from abuse.

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and the site sets no cookies. We don't use visit data to build a profile of you.

Fonts, images and video load from this site's own domain. No page pulls anything from another company's servers.

03

What your browser keeps

Nothing. The site sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser's local storage.

04

When you get in touch

The diagnostic page has one form. What you enter there (your name, work email, phone number, company, website, role, industry, revenue range, budget and what you tell us about why you're booking, and whether you asked for text reminders) is sent to our team's own systems, where we read it and reply, and is added to your record in our CRM (GoHighLevel) when you book. The site itself stores none of it.

When you book the call, our booking calendar (GoHighLevel) takes your name, email and phone, and the deposit is paid through Stripe. We see your name, your email and that you've paid, never your full card details.

Requesting documentation opens an email to cameron@techifyai.com in your own email app, so you see exactly what you send. When you write, we receive your name, your email address and whatever you include.

We use what you send to reply, to send what you asked for, and to run the diagnostic if you book it. We only text you about your call if you ticked the box asking for text reminders; reply STOP at any time to stop them.

We keep it while we're talking with you, and afterwards as part of our business records.

We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

05

Client data in an engagement

If you hire us for a diagnostic or a build, we work with data from your systems. What we can access, how we handle it and what happens to it when the work ends are set out in the scope of work you sign and, if you need one, a non-disclosure agreement. Where those documents and this page differ, the signed documents win.

  • The diagnostic: read-only access to the systems where the work happens. We change nothing.
  • Builds: on your own accounts. Your cloud, your repo, your keys. Nothing lives on ours.
  • Health data: we sign a business associate agreement (BAA).

06

Who else sees it

Only the services that run our business: Vercel, which hosts the site; Convex, which runs the system that receives the diagnostic form; Telegram, where our team is told about new requests; GoHighLevel, our CRM and booking calendar; Stripe, which takes payment; and the provider that runs our email. In an engagement, also the tools named in your scope of work.

We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising. We disclose it only when the law requires us to.

These providers may store data outside the country you're in, including in the United States.

07

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to cameron@techifyai.com. We answer within 30 days.

Where you live may give you further rights, for example under the GDPR in the EU and the UK, or the CCPA in California. We honour them.

08

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

09

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the effective date at the top.
